This Privacy Policy explains what information Numerogy processes, why it is processed, and your rights regarding that information. We intentionally keep data processing to a minimum and do not operate user accounts or advertising trackers.

   Information We Process

   When using the calculator, you provide your date of birth (day, month, year) and gender. This information is used exclusively to perform a calculation and return a result. We do not store this information, record it in application logs, or share it with third parties. If you book a consultation, we may additionally process your name, email address, appointment details, and any information you voluntarily provide. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

   Analytics and Infrastructure

   The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure operated by third-party providers. Like virtually all web services, our hosting environment temporarily generates server logs that may contain IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and response status codes. These logs are necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability. We also use privacy-friendly analytics without cookies. These analytics collect aggregated information such as country, device type, referral source, and key interactions with the website. Individual visitors cannot be identified through this data.

   International Data Transfers

   The Operator is located in British Columbia, Canada. Website infrastructure and analytics providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions outside Canada, the European Union, and Ukraine. We work with providers that implement recognized safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

   Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

   Date of birth and gender are processed based on your consent for the sole purpose of providing the requested calculation. Consultation-related information is processed to fulfill our contractual obligations and provide requested services. Server logs and anonymous analytics are processed based on our legitimate interest in maintaining website security, reliability, and performance. Depending on your location, data processing may be subject to PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (European Union and EEA), and applicable Ukrainian privacy legislation.

   Data Retention

   Calculation data, including date of birth and gender, is not retained after a result is generated. Consultation records, including contact information and appointment details, are retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Financial records may be retained for up to six years as required by Canadian law. Anonymous analytics and infrastructure logs are retained according to the policies of the relevant service providers.

   Third-Party Service Providers

   We do not sell or disclose your personal information for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be processed by trusted service providers, including hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, scheduling services, and video conferencing platforms when required to deliver our services. These providers act as service processors and are contractually obligated to handle data appropriately.

   Cookies

   Numerogy does not set first-party cookies and does not intentionally embed third-party advertising technologies that rely on cookies. As a result, a separate cookie consent banner is not required.

   Your Rights

   Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal information. Because calculation data is not stored, most privacy rights related to calculator submissions do not require further action on our part. Requests regarding consultation-related information may be submitted to numerogy.support@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

    This website is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
